Kruger National Park

The Kruger National Park, in the provinces of Mpumalanga and Limpopo in South Africa, is one of Africa’s largest game reserves at 19 485 km2. Established in 1926, it's home to a huge variety of wildlife, including the Big 5: lions, leopards, rhinos, elephants and buffalos. Mountains, bush plains and tropical forests are all part of the landscape.

Kruger National Park in Video

It's no secret that we're big fans of the Kruger National Park and have visited several times. Each visit is completely different and the park is huge, at 350km north to south and almost 100 km east to west. So each region is unique with it's own character and with different game viewing potential. This video is part 1 of a series shot when we spent 14 days travelling through the park, from north to south and back again.
