About Me
I'm Chris Corbet a Garden Route based digital marketing specialist, videographer and photographer.
I'm Chris Corbet
Providing a digital marketing service, including Google Ads, YouTube advertising, website design & development and social media management, mostly in the tourism, tech and real estate spaces. You won't find me in a city centre office with massive overheads, but it's not a one-man show, working remotely with a network of experts I can handle projects of any size, efficiently and at a lower cost.
I also do property & commercial photography, and create professional quality videos. While I'm based in the Garden Route, South Africa, I'm available to travel all over Southern Africa.

Background
I've enjoyed a rewarding digital career spanning over 20 years, initially as founder & CEO of Synergize Digital, one of Africa's most respected digital marketing agencies. Acquired by the Publicis Group in 2013, Synergize was merged with Saatchi & Saatchi, becoming the hub of their global digital marketing offering, with offices in London, Cape Town, Johannesburg and Budapest. I served there as a director until 2016.
In 2018 I launched a boutique digital marketing & design consultancy geared towards meeting the demands of the mobile age. These days the focus has shifted towards video marketing, with massive growth in video over the past few years, it's my firm belief that it's the future of online marketing.
Blog & Video Channel
My other love is to explore off the beaten track places, I run a popular adventure blog which you can see here, and a YouTube channel where I share my adventures in video. Please do head on over and tell me what you think: youtube.com/@Kangela.

On The Blog
The blog has been mostly about a video and photographic experience, but I'll be throwing in some marketing related and possibly some "how to" posts in the future. Whatever the subject though, your comments are welcome as always.
